Confusing Biometric letter only 10 working days to enroll

hi
i have received biometric letter to enroll dated on 4th jan 2017. so i got only 10 working days to enroll.
please if anyone could tell me when is the last day to enroll biometric. is it 17th jan or 19th jan.
