Tier 2 General - ILR Route Threshold Clarification

Hi,

My CoS was approved last year in the month of Feb (I.e Feb 2016) at 33,000 Pounds Annual Salary. In order for my time to count towards ILR my understanding is that one has to meet minimum salary requirements.

a) Could you please let me know what is the minimum salary I need to have in order to quality for ILR after 5 years?

2016 Feb - March 2017 - Minimum Salary?
April 2017- March 2018 - Minimum Salary?
April 2018 - March 2019 - Minimum Salary?
April 2019 - March 2020 - Minimum Salary?
April 2020 - March 20201 - Minimum Salary?

b) Also does that mean I need to have to meet that threshold for the entire year or can that me incremented before April to meet that qualification?

c) If I get Bonus even year would that qualify towards the IRL threshold requirement?

This is assuming there will be ILR in 2021, which is anyones guess.
You only need to have a min salary at the time of application of ilr, not before. so as long as u have the min salary required for ilr specified, you will be fine. they have not released the required salary for 2021 yet. Check in 2 years time.
