Hi i am from Bangladeah .and my wife is eu citizen.currently we both living in Uk.i didnt apply any kind of residnce card in uk.now we are planning to go Ireland.can you please anyone tell me can i eligible to apply any visa to go ireland without any kind of residence card.my wife want to exercise her eu treaty right in ireland.should irish embassy london give me entry visa to go ireland with my eu spouse.
And how long it will take to process visa in london.

RC is ofcourse optional under EU law.

If Eire insists on sight of RC why not apply for one.

I thought stamp 4 EU fam was issued to you last year April.
