Refused Naturalisation due to Deception
I applied for naturalisation in June 2016. My ILR was granted in April 2013 on the basis of Tier 1 (general).
After six months of not receiving a reply for my naturalisation application i called the help line in December 2016 and was advised that for some reason my application had not been looked at so far but they are going to send me a response as soon as they can.
I received a refusal letter 14 January 2017 stating that for my ILR application I had used deception and submitted payslips from a company called (ABC) which was a company that actively never traded, had no employees and no ligitimate source of income to fund wage payments to individuals.
My issue is that I never submitted any payslips from the company name mentioned by the Home Office in their letter. I worked for a well known Bank and I had submitted payslips from that bank and also another previous employer who is also a big company.
Clearly there has been some mistake by HO, shall i just write back to them stating I have never worked for that company and that I have never submitted any payslips for that company as part of my ILR application. OR shall I put a request for review application in. As they have banned me for 10 years for applying for Naturalisation.
