Tier 1 Extension Visa form Question L1 confusion

I am filling T1 visa form for extension.

Question L1

L1. Do you wish us to take your date of entry into the UK as your specified date?

Well, I was already in the UK when I applied and got my Tier 1 visa. I was on PSW. So should I say NO to its answer ?

Next question is

Were you within six months of the specified date:
Registered as self employed? - go to question L4
Registered as a director of a new or existing business? - go to question L5

Yes I was registered as director of new business, but that was before even applying for my visa.
So shall I say YES

I am sorry for asking such questions but I want to be sure that I am filling form correctly.

That's what my understanding is with these questions. I am going to do the same and I think we should be fine [for my initial application as well I had done the same, and it had gone through].
Anyways, let the seniors throw their insights here as well.

Your specified date will be the date when you got your Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa so"No" to the first question and "Yes" to the 2nd question as you were already a director (or within six months of the specified date) of your business.
That is how I completed my application form for extension.

Tick. 2nd option then Go to L5 and tick that too..
When you supply CAR it will be evident from filing history page you were continuous director of your Company
