Wrong expiry date on brp card

Dear Gurus,

My daughter was issued dependent visa from India on 29 Jan 2016 along with my wife spouse settlement visa valid for 33 months.

Daughters 30 days entry clearance was issued with wrong start and expiry date, which I had to get corrected in India.

Then she was again issued wrong expiry date on BRP in UK. Her BRP was expiring 2 months before my wife BRP. Which I got replaced.

I some how overlooked the year mentioned on the new BRP. Correct date should be 29/10/2018. But again she was issued with wrong date 29/10/2016.

I missed this back in Feb 2016. I just realised now when I was checking her BRP to make a travel plan.

I think this is a joke. Home office should really pay attention to detail.

This is 3rd time they issued with wrong date. Now this BRP expired on 29 Nov 2016.

I have the letter from Home office which we received with the initial visa in India. It has correct issue dates on it.

I have sent a message to BRP error reporting link yeaterday but havent received any reply yet.

I am really worried. Could someone please advise me if Home office will issue a correct replacement since it was expired on 29/10/2016.

Also how can I make complaint about this consistent ignorance by Home office.
