Right to Abode

Hi All,

I'm reegan,
I want get some advice about to apply certificate of entitlement(Right to abode) for my grandmother.
My grand father was an indian who got British citizenship and right to abode in uk,now he is no more.
My grandmother is living in india and want to live in uk with her relatives,so is it possible to claim Right to abode for my grandmother from my grand father.

a female Commonwealth citizen who is, or has been, married to a man with right of abode at any time before 31 December 1982 – Section 2(2)
