Permanent resident dependent

Post by thomaseapen30 » Tue Jan 17, 2017 11:14 am

Hi,
I recently got permanent residence permit. My wife has been in the country for 3 years as a tier 2 dependent. As my visa status changed now, what visa i need to apply for her. I heard that there is PR dependent visa and Tier 2 dependent extension.
Thanks, Tom

Don't you mean ILR? :? There is no 'PR dependent visa'.

Were you granted this under the 5 year route to settlement or 10 year long residence :?:

In which case your wife should continue to extend her visa as your Tier 2 Dependent.
