PBS Dependant - Supporting Documents

Dear respected Moderators and Members,

My wife's PBS Dependant visa is due for renewal based on my Tier-1 General visa category she had it from Day 1. I am a British citizen now and understand that she needs to renew on Tier-1 Dependant form to complete her remaining years before qualifying for an ILR.

My question is that apart from a duly filled application form and 2 photographs of the dependant applicant who is applying, what else is required as supporting document(s) ? Can you please let me know from the below list as per my understanding:

1. My bank statements covering 3 months for showing her maintenance
2. My Pay Slips? If yes then for how many months
3. Letter from my employer?
4. My British passport photocopy?
5. Any other document(s) which I am missing here for supporting this application?

Any advise or help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
