FLR (M) OR FLR (FP)?

Hi all,

I have been granted ILR on the basis of 10 years.My last visa was Tier 1 HS entrepreneur 50K & my company is 2.5 years old.

This query is for regarding my wife and kids applications.

My wife came to UK in June 2010 . We had one child in 2011 who was born back home and came to UK in 2012 on dependent visa as well.

They both stayed on my dependent and their visa expires in March 2017. Another child born in 2016 for him i only did registration never applied dependent visa as he never traveled.


I can understand that for UK born child i can apply for MN1 Application via NCS service provided by council.



My company yearly accounts run from OCTOBER TO OCTOBER .My last year April to March income is around 16K via PAYE.

My Mrs work Part time with a different company and her yearly income is just under 8K.


Which makes income of around over 23K Per annum.


My question is that can

1)Can i go for FLR (M) with the above income for a kid and wife?
2) does income has to match with CT600(october to october) or APRIL TO MARCH financial year?
3) if i cant apply with this income what are the other options i have for them to get visa ?
4)if i have to submit application with above income how many months of payslips i have to submit with the application
including

my personal bank statement
mrs personal bank statement
and bussiness bank statement


i would really appreciate for senior members to help me out preparing this case.
