BRP and Naturalisation

Post by JodieBourke » Wed Jan 18, 2017 10:04 pm

Hi

I am an Australian Citizen. I have been resident in the UK since 2000. I was granted ILR 2005 after 4 year ancestry visa. I have passed Life in the UK test but as yet haven't applied for Naturalisation. My Australian passport with my ILR document is due to expire in March 2017. My teaching agency contacted saying I need to apply for a BRP to continue working. My question is should I / can I just submit my naturalisation application at an NCS or do I need to apply for BRP and then apply for Naturalisation?
Thanks in advance for any advice

Jodie
