Hi! I'm a non-EEA family member married to an EEA national here in UK August 2011 and my husband has been exercising his treaty right through employment since we got married. We are going to submit the EEA3 and EEA4 application together this month.
my questions are below----
1---we only got three P60s and some payslips, is it ok to submit only the HMRC employment history letter and employment contracts?
2--- I'm a bit confused about the EEA(PR) form, shall we use 2 separate forms or just one single form but adding me as the family member?
3--- there was a two weeks gap between the two jobs, will that affect the application or do we need to get an insurance to cover that two weeks?

Documents list:
one EEA PR form
one EU ID card, one passport
proof of relationship:
-- marriage certificate
Proof of EEA national exercising his treaty rights in the UK:
(1) employment history letter from HMRC detailing dates, employer names, pay, and tax. (2011-2016)
(2) 4 employment contracts (2011-2016)
(3) one payslip for each year.
proof of our continuous stay in the UK
-- 5 years council tax bills
Are these documents enough for the EEA PR application? Thanks!
