Spouse Visa: Appendix 2 form question Help

Hi,
I wonder if some one can advise. I am a director of a limited company and applying in Category F for my spouse visa:

Some of the questions are confusing

Appendix 2 form:
Part 3C
3.49 Was your sponsor self employed on the date of this
application?
If I answer Yes, I am not self employed according to HMRC.

3.50 How long has your sponsor been self employed?

3.54 Is your sponsor registered as self employed in the UK with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)?
I am not registered as Self employed

ii) Does your sponsor’s self employment earnings (before tax) in the last full financial year meet or exceed the financial requirement you must meet?
No If ‘Yes’ go to Part 3D (Income from Non Employment)

Do I have to fill in the Dividends details in Part 3D taken from my own limited company?

Does anyone has come across this please share your answers thanks. What would be answer for this?

Hi there, I've had the exact same questions and I applied for the visa today.

Please can you confirm what you finally filled and if you got the visa approved?

And in the part 3D
I put N/A
And in the end addition information

I wrote Director of limited company not required to register as self employed.

We have not been granted visa.. they put application on hold ..Worst organisation I have ever dealt with
