ILR help please

Hi there,

I am confused about which application I should be downloading
I received my first discretionary leave to remain
In september 2011 and it expired sept 2014.
I renewed it and got another from October 2014 to October 2017

Which application do I apply for as I am confused
The gov.uk site mentioned something about applying for ILR
If applied before 2012 is 6 years but after its 10 years.

Can anyone help me please. Thank you for your time.

If you previously successfully used FLR(O) to extend, then I believe it's SET(O).
