Naturalisation concerned

Post by ootum04 » Fri Jan 20, 2017 9:01 am

hi guys,

I have applied for my naturalisation on 1st dec 2016. I have done my biometric as well by 15th dec 2016. My concerned is regarding my outstanding tax for year 2015/2016. I had two jobs at the time and my tax code was wrong so I end up paying less tax. I have called HMRC and they gave me a facility payment and I set up a direct debit to pay them monthly since October 2016.

Now due to I have sent my application for naturalisation, will this affect my case when it comes to good character checking??

I also had a police caution in 2010 which is more than 3 years. I have mentioned it on my application. Wonder if this will too affect my application.

Rather than this two issues...I don't have any other concerns. Please help answering my concerns.

Regards
Ok

You have made arrangements to pay the outstanding debt.
Your caution is over three years.

I believe you should be okay.
