However, a 6(1) applicant has to be free of immigration time restrictions for at least 12 months before applying to naturalise.
For those on EU route that means having acquired PR status 12 months (or more) ago.
Its nothing to do with date of issue of a confirmatory DCPR/PRC.
Although HO has made possession of the optional card mandatory for such applicants.

As I said in the original post, it is the same issue as GabiB so going off the date of issue rather than actual PR
