Tier 2 ICT Dependent visa for wife and kid

I need help some clarification

I am in the UK on Tier2 ICT (Short-term-One Year) for past 2 months, and planning to bring my family here. Could someone please clarify the below,

1. If my employer is an A rated visa sponsor, should I need to show/submit 3 months savings details with required funds or my CoS would be enough to apply dependent visa for family.
