Hi I now this topic has been discussed so many time but am panic abt this issue pls help me I read already guidelines several times but it's confusing so my case is as below a pls exper gurus help me thanks I am on pre 2014 transitional agreement and I have employed my employees in these sequences. 1-employee (a) working since January 2016 still working will be working till I will apply for my job it comes to 14 month of employment employee( b )started march 2016and finished November 2016 so it comes to9 months full time job and third employee (c ) started Feb 2016and finished June 2016 but it was part time 20 hours month my so he worked 4 months only and my 4 employees started (c) on January 2017 and will be working till I will apply my visa or later so it comes 2 month as far as concern I calculated my hours going to be more than requirement but there is gap between full time job and part time last only 4 months so still it fulfills requirements or not pls help me abt my case I shall be greatfull to y guys thanks

Hi brother sorry u couldn't read thanks for ur help my question in short if am on pre 2014 transitional agreement is it ok if I employee 1 person 14 months another person 9 months another person 4 months part time and it meets requirements of more than ho but ther is gap between jobs but I fulfill hours requirements so is it fine or I need to show continuous 12 months job or I can add any part time and full time job fulfilling ho hours requirements pls help me thanks once again

I reckon you should be fine.

You need only 24 months of employment. There can be a gaps between employees leaving/joining. A job duration need not be continuous

Hi thanks for specially zimba88,samygrg and noajthan but my solicitor confused me that my job creation requirements have been not fulfill according to Ho guidelines pls help me and clear my confusion my job creation history is as follows. 1-job (a)- started Jan 2016 still working and till Feb 2016 it will be 14 months 32 hours full time. 2- job(b)- started March 2016 finished October 2016 -31 hours -8 months full time 3-job(c) started Feb 2016 finished June 2016 -20 hours part time - 5 months. Job (d) started Jan 2017 will be working till Feb and after that also -31.5 hours full time -2 months my question is that it fulfill my requirement or not Booz my solicitors confused me I need to apply my visa on 10 March pls guide me thanks in advance

I am not sure what kind of details you want ??! As I said above 24 months of full time employment is enough to extend under transitional arrangements. What is the source of confusion ?
