During my T1Ext in HO, Can i apply ILR before 28 day

Hi Friends.

I have a Query kindly share your knowledge.
My Tier 1 Extension is in Home Office and they called me for Interview on 25th Jan.

My 10 Years Completes on Feb 12.

What is better step at this stage.
1. Can i apply ILR considering 28 days window and withdraw my T1 Extention.

Is it worth going for an interview because these days i heard they are refusing most people without looking files properly.

If your 10 years ILR is straight forward (No break of 3C or if overstayer no more than 14 days ) then;
YES, You should Vary your existing extension application to ILR 10 years route and you can book window within 28 days of your 10 years stay.

You should attend the interview. If you don't, you stand little chance (if any) of having ILR(LR) approved at the PSC.

I suggest to attend interview and then vary to SET(LR) afterwards with ease of mind.

I will attend the interview but right after my interview cant i Vary to Set (LR). Beforey 28 days or i hv to wait till Feb 13 (after 10 yeas).

1. I mean can i use 28 days period before 10 years to apply while my file is in HO or i should cross 10 years fully.

2. I am worried that God forbid if they the refuse me before my 10 years, would i still be able to apply LR without any headache or they will drage with the previous decision.

It is very unlikely that a decision comes before that time

attend the interview and meanwhile you need to book the window appointment from now for next month.
when did you apply for extention?

You can vary your application at any time of 28days to 10 years. You can vary your application before ur interview too as u are within 28 days at that time. Book appointment on time as slots are booked quickly. Good luck
