Standard visitor visa - sponsor letter

Post by ppra$ad » Mon Jan 23, 2017 4:02 pm

Hi,

I'm planning to bring my in-laws to the UK for 6 months. The sponsor/ invitation letter should be hand written or typed and signed in ink. Could you please confirm?

Many thanks!

It doesn't matter.

Many thanks for the reply!

Also could you confirm if that should be the original or scanned copy of the letter is also accepted?

A scanned copy should be fine. You need to focus on submitting strong evidence of your parent's self-sufficiency and ties to their home country.
