Confusion on one part of T1 E extension form

Post by Zha29 » Tue Jan 24, 2017 12:38 pm

Good Morning to Everyone!

I am in the process of filling my T1 Ent. Extension Form (200K Route) . I have one confusion which is In section 2 under the head Immigration History Question D11 on Page 19 requires:

Have you ever used deception when seeking leave to enter or leave to remain?

My personal Immigration History:

In 2004 i applied from Pakistan on student visa which was refused on the plea that ECO at the time of interview cannot verify my registration detail on university website so he refused my student visa on the ground that i used deception and no appeal right was given.

However, at the time of my initial application in 2014 i was given all this detail on my application and my application is successful. Now my question is that at the time of filing extension application what answer should i given to this question as my opinion i never used deception thats the mistake of University not mine and ECO can verify it but he never bother to do it and refused my visa on account of deception pls advise.

thanks

I think this is very sensitive issue, in your either option, you might find yourself in trouble if not dealt carefully.

Therefore, it is better to consult with a capable lawyer in time and get best answer to your case.

If you previously declared this, you must declare it again as done previously and explain what happened clearly in the space provided.

Thanks for reply Seniors

But i have one specific query, though i declared it previously and i do not want to hide it again. But my concern is over the nature of question which is have you every you deception? these words confuse me that means i am admitting it yes i file my student visa application knowingly using deception?

However, at the time initial application it only asked if you refuse UK visa if yes give reason which i did.

Now my concern is about the nature of question that mean they want from my side to admitt that fact which infact i never done?

Please guide

thanks

As I said and I repeat again, you should declare it exactly as you did before. If you declared it as a visa refusal with reasons, then do the same now. :!:
