Where to send Biometric details

Hello my friend received a letter asking her to go for Bio metric. But letter does not say where to send, can anyone please let me know where Biometric should be sent off. Kindly share your expertise.

Read the letter!

It tells you to go to a Post Office which does biometrics for UKVI (go Post Office website to search for nearest PO).
They will take photo, fingerprints an signature and send it off to UKVI via computer.
You pay £19.80

It's all explained in the letter.
