Tier 4 to FLR FP to Tier 2 G - Please advise

Post by anik1212 » Tue Jan 24, 2017 12:29 am

My issue is bit complex. Hoping for some help.

I am a tier 4 student who recently completed MSc in computer science. My company is a small company and I work part time. They are willing to hire me fulltime. We have applied for sponsorship license. And we received the license exactly the day my visa runs out.

In order to avoid overstay situation, I applied for FLR fp hoping this will buy me some times so I can switch to tier 2. my lawyer said, since I am switching from tier 4 to tier 2, I do not need to go through resident labour market test. and I can apply for tier 2 as soon I get COS letter and in country switch is also possible as I have done an in time application. We will just redirect the application from FLR fp to tier 2.

Is this possible? or am i wasting time?

Any updates on your case?

Is it possible to switch from flr(fp) to tier2 general?

This thread is over 2 years old and Anik1212 hasn't visited the forum since Jun 30, 2017 :!:

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
