Tier 1 entrepreneur visas starting up business

Hi all,
i am in £200k route and my visa granted in sep 2016. I had problem in starting new business. Due to my business plan is regarding childcare.

1)Now is almost 6months from sept2016.Officially i registred with company house and trading at home address. I can't find a right place to start. Is it we had to start generate sales after 6months we arrive? Am i need to registered HMRC in 6 months time?

2) if i start a new child care business, i will invest about 100k at the early stage to set up and wages etc. if at the second and third months , we have no sales ,is the expenses like rent n wages consider investment? Eg: investment 100k initial, 10k each months for about 3months we have no sales to cover it? Is it this consider as investment?

3) if i buy existing business togethr with the building. For example, 300k in total. I am investing 180k in it and commercial loan for 120k.is the 180k consider investment?

please help.

1. U need to register as a director within 6 months. Did u form a company yet? (Self employed also an option)
