Tier 2 to ILR employment letters

Post by mustafamukhtar66 » Wed Jan 25, 2017 10:21 pm

Dear Moderators

Would appreciate your help.
I would like to apply for ILR from Tier2 general in july17. I worked with more than 4 different employers over the last 5 years but for 2 of these employments I spent my annual leave in the UK. do I need to get a letter ''confirming the employment and the fact that I had paid annual leave'' from every single employer or only for the jobs during which I had period of absence from the UK? my colleagues believe it should be from every employer. the HO says (B. A letter from the employer detailing the purpose and period of absences in connection with the employment, including periods of annual leave) which I am a bit confused about whether it is 'absence' for annual leave or any period of annual leave.??

2- does my employer have to specify the exact dates of my annual leave?

appreciate your help as chasing these employers have been a nightmire
