Hi I don't want to create new post but I have to bcoz I was not getting satisfactory answe pls help me abt employment query my job creation history is as follows is it fulfill Ho requirements or not pls help zimbaa,nothajan and other exper gurus I am in pre 2014 transitional arrangement my job creation detail is as follows pls help. 1-job(a)-joined January 2016 and will be working till Feb 30 and after that also 32 hours full time (14 ) months. 2- job (b) - joined March 2016 finished October 2016 31.5 hours full time(8) months. 3- job(c)- joined February 2016 finished June 2016 20 hours part time( 5) months. 4- job(d)- joined January 2017will be working till Feb 2017 and afterwords also 31 hours full time (2) months If I count these all although there is gap of 2 month between full time job still comes 24 moths full time and 2 months part time but my solicitor is confusing me that we can't count 14 months full time 2 month etc pls gurus and expert have a look and guide me in my situation am I fulfilling Ho guidelines or not what I think bcoz Amon pre 2014 transitional arrangement am fulfilling requirements but my solicitor is confusing me pls help me thanks in advance
