Help needed. Lost

I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction in regards to UK immigration. Facts are
Im in the UK
Have a British newborn
Have a British partner
Came on spouse visa initially but now expired
* my spouse and I relationship ended a while now

Would like to know my options in regards to application forms
Have / is anyone in similar situation.
