I’m an Aussie switching from tier 5 work & holiday to tier 2 general
points =
job offer after market test - 30
no uni degree - 0
earn over 24k - 20
funds - 10
english - 10
total 70 which is a pass right?
the points page on ukgov isn’t working at the moment is what i have above accurate?
next thing is apparently i need to leave the country for 3 weeks to come back on this new visa.. when i do come back a month later I’m off to india for 3 weeks its a holiday i cant miss, is that even allowed or must you stay put for 3 months?
lastly i don’t like my job much, are potential employers likely to hire someone already on a tier 2? on my tier 5 they all put the visa stuff in the too hard basket
