naturalisation supporting document for Spuse

Post by mitulkumar » Fri Jan 27, 2017 4:58 pm

I am now British citizen and applying for My wife naturalisation next week.

She is applying for naturalisation on basis of 5 years stay in UK with 1 year on ILR.

Does my wife need to add my marriage certificate, my passport and my naturalisation certificate with her application or is it not required technically as she is applying on 5 year stay with 1 year on ILR.

Advise will be helpful.

What do you mean by 'and naturalisation' :?:

The NCS staff will take a copy of your passport and return the original to you during the appointment.

Not required if she isn't applying as a spouse of a BC

If only now applying to naturalise its unclear how you have a British passport.
