Looks good to me. This is what the rules require:
If the applicant has invested by way of share capital the business accounts must show the shareholders, the amount and value of the shares (on the date of purchase) in the applicant’s name as it appears on his application. If the value of the applicant’s share capital is not shown in the accounts, then a printout of the company’s register of members from Companies House must be provided,

Thank You guru Zimba88,

Yes sir it looks as per required information. Sir with all due respect I had asked a question re degree, marriage and children birth certificates. I've gone through the guidance. I didn't see anywhere in the guidance that these certificates are not required if they had already been presented with application.

Sir could you please share the relevant paragraph. Many thanks

I would like to know from other respected members who had successfully applied extension by showing share capital investment. How had they presented their accounts? Where had they written their name, date, amount and total share value.

I will highly regard your comments.

Thank you

You do not need to provide your degree for English language as you will automatically get the points during extension (as seen on the form and explained in Immigration rules Appendix KoLL: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... endix-koll)

PBS dependant guide requires you to send marriage and birth certificates for your dependants though: http://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tie ... 08860.html

On my account's note section my name mentioned as below.

Mr T....k... is the sole shareholder of the company and owns 100% (99411 shares) of issued shares in the company.
Total number of shares issued in year ended 31/08/2014 - 12655
Total number of shares issued in year ended 31/08/2015 - 29487
Total number of shares issued in year ended 31/08/2016 - 47269
Total number of shares issued during period ended 09/02/2017 - 10000

Please advise if the format is correct.

Thanks
