SET(M) or SET(O)

Post by Dev_999 » Sat Jan 28, 2017 9:02 am

Hi,

My wife granted the "dependent spouse visa" on Oct 2012 for 33 months and after this visa she has granted FLR(M) visa for 30 months. Soon she is completing 5 years and she will be eligible for ILR.

I would be great help if you please let me know, which form she has to submit to UKBA i.e SET(O) or SET(M) ?

Thanks
Devendra

Thanks casa for swift response !!

I have gone through with SET(M) form. but i could not see any financial requirements like flr(m).

It would be help if you could please tell me about below ,

1 . Do i need to show them, my early income is more than 35k i.e salary slip and bank statements?

2. Do i need to maintain any maintenance bank balance ?

Thanks

Submit 6 months pay slips + the 6 months corresponding bank statements (originals). The most recent must be no older than 28 days on the date the application is submitted.

2. Do i need to maintain any maintenance bank balance ? No

Ukvi will be updating set(m) before 9th July because that's when it'll be 5 years since rules changed. So I think financial stuff will be included then.
