Free Company Accommodation Eligible for Spouse visa?

Hi Everyone,

I am on ILR and my wife and 2 daughters (2 and 5 years old)are back home and i am applying for their visa now. I do earn 25000 and in full time employment for more than 6 months so financial side is covered. The company i work for is in real estate business + commercial. The owner (very nice of him) agreed to give me 2 bed flat free of charge to live in and has no problem with my family to join me later. He will give me tenancy agreement which will be from company, not individual.

my question is,

1) if my company gives me free accommodation (i wont be paying any rent at all), is that acceptable by UKVI and does it cover the accommodation requirement?

2) apart from tenancy agreement from company, do i need any other documents?

My apologies for going bit off the original post but my first born was born here in UK in 2011. Right after her birth my father-in-law fell severely ill and my wife had to travel with my first born (between my first daughter birth and my father in law illness, i only had time to get her passport done and since at that time i was not on ILR and neither my wife, so could only get our country passport done for our daughter with no visa as didn't have time because of the emergency and my wife was panicking ). We did get her UK birth certificate though from council. They went back home and unfortunately my father in law didnt make it and he passed away. Afterwards, I applied for my daughter's visa and HO refused based on very idiotic reason and despite me and wife having valid visas. So my wife couldnt fly back to UK without my daughter. Long story short, the HO made sure that my wife visa runs out while we were running after our daughter's visa and they were successful in it and my wife visa expired too during this lengthy process and my wife and daughter got stuck back home. I went back after them and tried my best to get my daughter's visa done but couldnt stay more than 6 months so that it wouldnt risk my ILR.

Now i have ILR and applying for my wife and daughter visa (as mentioned in my post above), my question is:
Since my first born was born in UK, should i apply for dependant visa? or should i apply for her citizenship instead? I heard applying for citizenship from back home takes too long as HO wastes too much time. So would it be ok to apply for my daughter as dependant visa and once she is here in uk, then apply for my daughter's citizenzhip as she was born in UK?

You can register your daughter as a British citizen by submitting a MN1 application.

@Casa Thanks once again . If i apply for her now as dependant visa and once she is here then register her as British citizen, will that affect anything? I am asking because i am all ready and set to apply for my wife and daughters dependant visa and if i apply for my first born now as you kindly suggested on MN1, it will take time to come through and i will have to put on hold my wife and younger daughter dependant application. I went to a solicitor and he also suggested to apply for my first born as dependant along with my wife and younger daughter and then once they are here, i can go ahead with MN1 as then they will be here with me and i wont be bothered about how much the MN1 application takes to come through. what would you kindly suggest?

That appears reasonable. The only issue would have been if your daughter has been born after you were granted ILR and automatically held British nationality.
In your case registration is required and to the best of my knowledge this can be submitted once she arrives in the UK on a dependent visa.
