Uk visit visa

Hi guys i have one questions for u. Im applying for visit visa for uk from ireland and the documents im sumitting are
1.bank statement
2.proof of address
3.hotel booking
4.my work contract
5.payslips
6.passport
So my question is do i need anything ealse
Do i need letter from job that i wanto go on holidays just for weekend. But i only work monday to friday so do i still need letter from work? Or any other documents that can help me get the visa. I previously had 6 months uk visa but never travelled on it coz of some family personal issues.would that be any problem.
