Hubby's tb test expires month of application

I am glad to be on this Forum thank you Admin please I wwill be applying for the Uk settlement visa for my husband andand two children under 10years but my husband tb result will expire by feb 28although i hope to apply before then precisely second week Feb. My question is will he need to do another test since this one is about to expire or it will not be necessary. Thank you all for your anticipated response I am open to learn from thos group as much as I can.
