unrestricted CoS allocation - time taken by UKBA ?

hello all,

I am new to this forum. I am on a tier 4(student) visa currently doing an internship. My company has got A-rated license and they are ready to hire me on a full -time role. My company SMS representatives failed to renew the allocation of Cos which is normally done before April of every year I believe. Because of this they couldn’t assign a COS for me directly from SMS. They requested for the renewal of COS to assign it for me on 29th October but got reply from the home office asking to justify the need of a COS. we replied them in detail about the need of a new employee in the business and requested for renewal again on 12th November, again got the same reply from them asking for justification. The third request was made on 2nd of December and still haven’t heard anything from them. My visa expires in 6 weeks!
Pls help if anyone know how to overcome this situation.
