advise please im worried

Hi Guys
Im failed asylum seeker from somalia,having applied in 2008 and exhausted all appeals,since then i have been reporting every other week. i made 2 further submission in liverpool and was refused.my application was based on my son 4yrs who has limited leave to remain.my son lives with my ex partner and i do see him regulary.
Im in a relationship with british national being together over 2yrs and we have a baby together.our daughter is 5months old.we live together but i got no documents to show we been together for 2yrs as bills are in her names,only electricity pre paid in my name.my girl friend is on maternity leave at the moment.
just wondering how should i go to make application and which one.how much money do they charge.i got no solicitor and im in dilemna at the moment,

please shed me some lights
