What to answer AN form

hi,
Can anyone help me what to answer in question
1.1 Give previous Immigration and Nationality Directorate ------ or Home officer Reference
1.3 Please say when you were given indefinite leave to enter/ remain in the UK ( Do we have to put her PR date but she is French and was allowed to enter previously too )
My wife is French citizen and its her first nataionality application.
please advise

1) Any HO ref from any HO letter.

2) Skip 1.3 (ILR) - answer 2.4+ instead. Assuming applicant has DCPR.
