Tier 2 to Tier 2 Swith With A Complication

Hello Everyone,

This is to inform you all that i got my visa switched from Tier 4 to Tier 2 on 25Th Jan 2017 and my Starting date of employment as in COS is 10Th April 2017. That means from 25th Jan till 10Th March iam not working for the sponsored company.

But if i get any other job in the mean while and they are ready to sponsor me then what rules get applied for my switch.?
Experienced or Fresher.??
