Query on 'cooling off' period

Hi Friends,

I was on Tier 2 ICT from April 2011 till March 2016 and am back to India in April. I need a small clarification regarding 'cooling off' period.

If I want to apply for UK through a consultancy/sponsorship/company, can I start the process early or should I wait for my 'cooling off' period to end (i.e 12 months)?

Your inputs would be of great help.

You have to wait for a year to pass any application made prior to one full year will be refused.
So you can get everything ready, documents your RCOS etc and apply on year plus one day
