Hi all,
Had an NCS appointment (Merton council) on Monday 30th and was given a Royal Mail Special Delivery tracking number, however, it's now Wednesday but it's still not tracking (Sorry - we don't recognise that reference number).
Called NCS, they told me that allegedly Home Office (?) only registers the tracking number when they receive the papers, so there might be a delay and I need to give it another day or two. Did anyone have experience like this? I thought that all Special Delivery had to go through the normal post and would at least register on the system when it's sent?
