Tier 2 dependant visa extension (is this deception) urgent

Post by Coldwinter » Thu Feb 02, 2017 7:30 pm

Friends
My wife applied for her tier 2 dependent visa extension last week (priority 2 week service). As part of this application she submitted a travel ticket (amongst other things) to show our travel together. However, a week later she remembered that on that particular trip she had to delay her return journey by 4 weeks due to certain reasons. As this change happened during our trip, it is not reflected on the travel ticket she submitted.

She has emailed the HO this clarification but we are extremely stressed if this honest mistake would be seen as deception. We would never even think about deceiving the HO. Can you please advise with your opinions as we are extremely stressed.

Thanks

she was not suppose to submit the ticket anyway.
i dont think this will make a difference.
But be advised that if she does get the visa, she will get a 30 days visa to enter, dates of which wont change unless she applies again and pays again (lesser fee though)
