FLR FP APPLICATION.

Post by 2110aishat » Fri Feb 03, 2017 9:50 pm

Hello….

I came into the country with a six months visa about 11 years ago and overstayed; i previously applied on the living with partner route and was refused twice even though i appealed few times but was still refused, my last refusal was in 2015. However, my current circumstances has changed, i now have British child with a different partner who is a British citizen. Though we are currently not together has a couple but he uses my address for correspondence and is currently receiving child benefit and child tax credit for our child.

I am in the process of applying for the FLR FP Application under the 10years route, My questions are:

[*] Should the father of my child be included in the application, as a section asked if i live with anyone else.

[*]Are you or your partner or included family member/s receiving any public
funds?.

Could you please enlighten me on this please as i am in the process of filling the from.

You've got yourself into a bit of a pickle if the father of your child is using your address for correspondence and you are applying under the FLR(FP) parent route.

You only stand a chance of qualifying under the parent route if you are living separately. The Home Office will carry out cross-checks with other Government departments to determine exactly who is registered at your address.
