hi, if wife has pr and later get divorced with her non eea husband, how can he have retain of rights?

so basically what i would like to know if wife has pr and then decide to divorce her non eea partner before three years period will he be still eligible to stay in this country? any idea?

Probably difficult, if the marriage didn't last at least 3 years.
