FLR Spouse visa Tenancy Agreement date

Hi, Firstly thanks for taking the time to read and reply.

My wife and I are applying for her FLR Spouse Visa extension.

I have a Tenancy Agreement the previous estate agent and also my wife and I signed when we moved in to this property.

The Problem i foresee is that the tenancy agreement was signed in March 2015, this was done by the previous estate agent (who also signed on behalf of landlord), since then the landlord has taken over management of the property, Do i need to get the tenancy agreement updated because of the date and change of agent?

My other worry is that the property is known as Priory House under the tenancy agreement but the postal address The Priory on all of our letters (Water bills, council tax etc.) that we will also include as part of proof.
