Application Form-Payment Details-Page7

Dear Gurus,

If I used my Visa Debit card details in page7-application form, and if a problem happened when HO wants to draw the required payment for main applicant and dependents, if they cannot do that, the application will be invalid.
The problems maybe happening are:
1-The bank stops the card.
In page 5 of application form, HO advised the applicant to avoid this problem because using of multiple payment, the bank may be think it is fraud and stop the payments.
The bank I deal with cannot guarantee to secure the multiple payments.
2-During my daily use, a problem caused blocking the card.

Are there ways to avoid that? HO asks one card’s details.
I have another debit card as a spare but how can I use it.

HO will call you if they fail to process the payment on your application.
