Tier 1Visa Ext Refused after 8 month

I applied for tier1 visa ext of £200K cat ,I am waiting for design since last 7.5Months.so for Home office did not give me any info.
I paid £3600 for IHS.Yesterday i have received £1200 money back into my bank account.What does it mean?

This has been discussed many times here. It means nothing. You must only wait to hear from HO
As I said it several times, these kind of questions and queries cannot be answered here

Most probably you would get approval.
95% people got approval after partial IHS Refund.

It differs some receive IHS refund the same day some weeks n months before.
Following was mine.
Called HO on Monday was told still under consideration
Called Tuesday was told case had been decided and parcel was on its way was given a tracking number.
Received IHS refund early morning on Wednesday
Same day around 9 or 10 received biometric cards.
Same day around 11 or 12 received passport and other docs via royal mail. (Although it was signed for the parcel was left near the door without the mail man taking my sign)

It varies case to case basis. Majority of the cases once IHS is refunded result follows soon after.
In my case IHS refund hit my account the same day.
In fact IHS refund,BRP and documents were received on the same day.

Hamalt I did not get any thing from office and neither to my solicitor.IHS money refunded more than week ago.

Its almost 8Months now and you can understand my furstrtion.

I got IHS Refund in middle of august but still waiting for application to be processed by home office so refund does not have anything to do with visa issued

So Its quite strange, When you submit your application to HO ?

I know few of my friends ,IHS refunded 2-3 days before they got decision paperwork an passport etc.
I can see same procedure and time line of many applicants on this forum.

some applicants got iHS refund after received visa documents and passport.

So now i am more clear there is no fix formula OR procedure for all applicants basically.

My application was refused I got 200 back first and later after a week got 400 back.

after 8 months my Tier1 £200K Visa ext refused.HO give me Admin review option.

Refusal reason Investment @£200K 20 Points not awarded. I did not submit any director loan agreement as my solicitor and accountant both said advise we can show its as direct investment.

My £200K investment can check on My business accounts and also on Bank statement. It was also stated on my visa application cover letter.

I need help from other members on this forum, Is it necessary that i have to give Director loan agreement to get 20 Points of investment ?

I am 100% Genuine person I originally invsted £200K into my business. all money trail is avaialble.I have paid Corporation tax around £25K in last 2 years and create genuine 7-8 Jobs in company.

What you can suggest me on this stage ?

The most reliable investment in the eyes of home office is director loan investment, although I donot about direct investment.

Did you show your money as share capital?

If not, then the cash investment for company directors/owners should be in the form of unsecured director's loan.

As far as direct cash investment is concerned, I think only for a sole proprietorship can you simply show that you put cash into the business.
