visa after marriage

Hi, I need to ask something I am a Czech citizen and I have been living in turkey for a few years where I also met my fiance who is a Turkish citizen. We are getting married in 1 month. After our marriage we would like to go to uk but we are a bit worried because a few months ago he applied for uk student visa tier4 and got refusal. Now we want to go as tourists there.

Is there a chance for him to get uk visa after our marriage?

Yes, a chance.
Or travel on EU route as you are a Union citizen.

Can I ask what is EU route? I hear it first time.

What type of visa would you recommend we should apply? What is the best way and has more chance to do the application?
