Confirmation of documents for OCI application

I am a (former) Indian Citizen who was naturalized as British Citizen recently.

I surrendered my Indian Passport recently and have the surrender certificate.


I went the indian government online website and went through the submission of the application and uploaded the required documents. These are the documents I uploaded
1) Current passport - Current UK passport in pdf format
2) Proof of indian origin - I uploaded a 3 page pdf Page 1 & 2: Front and back pages of cancelled indian passports, Page 3: passport surrender certificate.

Are these documents sufficient for my OCI application. I have the appointment with VFS in couple of weeks. Do I need to upload any other documents ( birth certificate, school certificate etc) or take copies of them before my OCI appointment at VFS.
