Hi Zimba and other Respected gurus, kindly help me with my queries as i am completely confused and don't know what to do.
1) i am not even sure if i fall under pre april 2014 or post april as i applied for leave to remain in Jan 2013, got refused in april 2013, appealed in may 2013 and in Jan 2014 Home office revoked their decision in the lower tribunal and in march 2014 they asked for additional documents and on the 20th april i was granted the visa.
so do i fall under pre april 2014 or Post april.
2nd) how to fill in the job creation form in either case pre april or post april for 2 employyes as follows
1) employee 1, data entry operator , start date 01/04/2014 and there is no end date as he's still working and would continue to work at the time of application in the 1st week of April 2017
01/04/2014 to 30/09/2014 ( £6.85/hr) 25 hours / week part time
01/10/2014 to 31/04/2015( £7.10/hr) 25 hours/week part time
01/05/2015 he bacame full time until at the time of applying for the visa in april 2017 he'll be full time 38 hours a week with £8.20 /hour
2) Employee 2: consultant
and all the details are same as above.
kindly help me how to fill this in the job creation table and how to link 2 different part time posts to make it 1 full time employment when there in no end date .
please i beg you all to reply with solutions as i have alredy consulted 3 different solicitors and they seem to have only basic information about this category with no answers to my queries.
