Urent H1B-Help Required !!

Hi all :

I'm in the process of applying for H1, have following urgent doubts , please

try them to answer,

1) Can my spouse work on my H1 ?

2) If say i filed for H1 too, after coming to use on H1, is it compulsory that

she has to work ? Can she quit her employer ( which has sponsored H1)

and do NOTHING ( be housewife ) ?

3) Can i show her as my dependent while filing for my H1 and file her H1 too simultaneously ( incase her H1 is rejected then she can come with me to US)?

4) If i did not show her as my dependent for filing my H1, after coming to US , can i file my wife's H4 from US ?
